Our Services Innovation at the core

As a leader in manufacturing in Western Canada, we provide CNC machined components to clients all over Canada and the USA.

A philosophy of excellence

As an ISO 9001-certified shop, we build parts to the highest standards of quality. To do that consistently and repeatedly, we’ve invested in the best technology and the most effective processes.

But we also work in close collaboration with you. We become an indispensable partner by:

  • understanding your needs
  • delivering actionable results
  • exceeding expectations

We innovate, not to show off, but to provide superior quality parts and service.

We create parts in a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and plastic.

Process

In order to consistently create superior quality parts and deliver them on budget and on schedule, we’ve implemented a philosophy that’s inspired by the principles of continuous improvement, Six Sigma and Lean.

These principles push us to constantly improve our work, eliminate bottlenecks and produce better results more efficiently. By establishing processes like these, we’re able to compete with much larger shops without sacrificing quality.

Design for Manufacturing

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) integrates product design and process planning into a single activity. The goal is to design a product that’s easily and economically manufactured. When considering design for CNC machining, there are a four factors to keep in mind:

  • Material type: softer materials lower the cost
  • Tolerances: tighter tolerances increase the cost
  • Design and features: more details increase the cost
  • Material shapes and forms: bar stock is usually cheaper than plate on a per pound basis

With these guidelines, we work closely with you to achieve the best functionality and aesthetics all while keeping your unit costs as low as possible.
